Disclaimer

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request for ANY REASON! Its nothing against you so please don't take it personally!

  • I have the right to use any art piece I draw for MONETARY PURPOSES (I.E Art Examples and things like that) To also make clear I do not have the rights to your character!

  • You have the right to REUPLOAD but not to CLAIM AS YOUR OWN! The only thing i ask from you is that you CREDIT ME AS ARTIST!

  • I WILL NOT accept any commission from a minor unless i speak to a parent first! Whether it be by text or voice call. If i find out that you DID NOT get permission from your parent you WILL be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again and a BEWARE will be sent out to warn others.

  • PARENTS! PLEASE when commissioning art for your child! DO NOT try to dictate how i draw the art. Your child is not gonna care if the eyes are cute or not.

Priceing and Fees

Prices are fixed! I will not change the price lower then what is written on the website. Although Tips are welcomed but not required. Additional fees may apply for more complex poses and or characters. The prices on the site are for digital art ONLY! If you want your art to be physical (I.E. Printing Labeling Shipping) Costs extra! I ONLY use PAYPAL unless discussed otherwise and only agreed upon.
I require all money UPFRONT unless discussed otherwise. I have had too many people not pay after art has been finished.

  • Loli/Shota, Cub or anything like that.

  • Incest of ANYKIND

  • Adult artwork for MINORS! (18+ Only)

  • Replicas of someone else's art style!

  • Will NOT use bases or anything that I didn't buy myself!

Privacy and Uploading

If you want to keep the artwork private for any reason (I.E Surprise gift) I will keep it private until told otherwise.
If you want to keep the artwork private forever, please let me know beforehand (Note i share ALL art with my partner regardless).
All artwork I produce unless requested otherwise, will be shared in multiple media sites and apps after they are finished.
ALL artwork will have my watermark on it! This WILL NOT BE REMOVED under ANY circumstances!

Refunds

If you want a refund on your commissioned artwork, I will issue a refund if i have NOT started the artwork already.
Once the artwork has started, only a partial refund of 50% can be offered and you will ONLY be sent what artwork i have done so far.
Refunds will not be issued after i have completed the commission under ANY circumstances!

Additional things to keep in mind

Reference Sheets are preferable for a character, but if you do not have one, PLEASE offer a detailed description. Please specify any strict requirements or whether you would prefer Artistic Liberty.
When commissioning, please supply one or more forms of contact whether it be Telegram, discord, Facebook.
I appreciate the feedback whenever i send you a wip (Unless my partner is helping me then contact him) That way i can correct any issues that may appear.
There are no limits to small revisions that take a couple mins to fix, but please be reasonable. Major revisions (Redrawing a new sketch for example) will cost you $15+ extra!
Artwork will be assigned to a queue,when a commission is accepted, however artwork required for a specific event (I.E A convention) Will take priority
DO NOT i repeat DO NOT bug me constently about your art! I have a bad back and it affects my length of time each day i can draw before it starts to hurt really bad.
